The Rogue Bumper Ab Roller allows you to convert almost any bumper plate into a core strengthening tool; equipped for ab rollouts, knee rollouts, ab planks, and more. With the bumper as the only point of contact with the floor, the resulting instability leads to greater muscle recruitment and a highly beneficial workout.
Fully portable and easy to set-up, this kit includes a two-piece screw-on handle made with a 5/8” thick steel shaft and a nylon hub interface to hold the bumper plate firmly in place. Ball bearings within the handle ensure a smooth glide no matter how fast or slow the user rolls out, and rubber hand non-slip grips with embossed Rogue branding provide reliable leverage and control.
The Rogue Bumper Ab Roller is designed for bumper plates that have a center hub diameter of approximately 50mm (1.97”), and it can be used with plate sizes from 10LB to 45LB. A 25LB is ideal in most cases, as some thinner 10LB plates may flex depending on the user and movement.
Important: A plate is NOT included with the roller. The maximum compatible bumper plate WIDTH (at the collar) is 2.5”. The Bumper Ab Roller is not compatible with thicker plates like the 45LB Hi-Temp (which measures 3.75” wide).
