Version 3.0 of the GORUCK Plate Carrier™ (RPC) keeps the streamlined design and 1000D Cordura construction of the previous model while rolling out several new features, including a padded grab-and-go top handle and thicker padding on the top of the plate pocket for added protection during dynamic movements.

The RPC 3.0 also introduces improved ergonomic lumbar support padding, a wider sternum strap (to better disperse heavy loads), and a less abrasive fabric on the back panel and underside of the shoulder straps–meaning athletes can train shirtless with no worries about friction burn.

Available here in coyote brown, the GORUCK Plate Carrier 3.0 can also be ordered in small, standard, or large sizing (see Fit Guide). Each size is equipped to hold 20 LB or 30 LB Ruck Plates® (sold separately), which will securely fit into the ruck’s elevated plate pocket.
