With a maximum weight of 450 LBS, the FlipSled FS-200 is a solid middle ground between the FS-100 and FS-300 models, offering challenging workouts and team training potential without excluding high school and collegiate athletes who are still developing their strength.

Combined with the optional FlipSled Accessories Kit, the FS-200 can be rapidly transformed from a weighted tire to a group bobsled, wheelbarrow, landmine station, or an anchor point for your own attachments, i.e. battle ropes, bands, harnesses, etc.
