As the lightest and most compact model of FlipSled, the FS-100 is a great option for younger athletes, new entrants to the strength and conditioning family, or those more focused on speed than heavy weight. While it still offers a max weight of 350 LBS, this versatile speed sled is particularly effective for focusing on proper individual form across a range of different workouts.

Combined with the optional FlipSled Accessories Kit, the FS-100 can be rapidly transformed from a weighted tire to a wheelbarrow, landmine station, or an anchor point for your own attachments, i.e. battle ropes, bands, harnesses, etc.
